Nestlé Nigeria is now searching for an IT Coordinator, reporting to the ITC Lead for the country/cluster. Responsible for offering skilled end-user assistance in resolving issues with IT platforms so that the relevant services can be quickly restored to the User in compliance with established Service Level Objectives (SLO). Full second-level responsibility for all IS/IT issues at the site.
Information Technology Coordinator At Nestlé Requirement
- a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or its equivalent. Relevant Professional Certification will be an added advantage.
- 2 years of technical experience in systems hardware, LAN, WAN, and telephony.
- Service delivery orientation, including prioritization and scheduling.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities, as well as a fair command of the English language, are required.
- Ability to work well with development teams, process teams, security teams, operations teams, and infrastructure teams.
