Approaches to Foundation
If you have a high school diploma that falls short of the UK A-level requirement and prevents you from enrolling directly in an undergraduate program at a UK university, you should consider one of our foundation options.

We will also take into account applicants who have earned credentials that would typically qualify them for direct admission to an undergraduate program but whose grades fall just short of our undergraduate entry requirements. In order to be recognized for our Engineering and Physical Sciences pathway, students must have a Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC), commonly known as an Intermediate Certificate, with at least a grade B or 70%, including grade B or 70% in mathematics.

Graduate School Taught
For postgraduate taught study, those with a four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Pakistani university will be given consideration. Students who possess a two-year Bachelor’s degree and a two-year Master’s degree in the same field may also be considered for postgraduate study.

These students must have completed a Bachelor’s degree that is at least three years long before applying.

According to the issuing university, bachelor’s degree holders should typically have a GPA of 2.6/4.0 or 60% or above for 2:1 equivalency, or 2.8-3.0/4.0 or 65% or above for 2:2.

The combination of a two-year degree and a three-year LLB counts as a full Bachelors.

Graduate-level Research
In order to be accepted for entry, applicants for postgraduate research programs need have a Bachelor’s degree and, in most cases, a Masters degree with a CGPA of 3.0/4 or better for 2:1 equivalent from an accredited university. Lower-scoring applicants may nevertheless be taken into consideration on an individual basis.
