The school’s entrance standards are different from those of the program, and fresh admission cycles are announced months before a new semester starts.
The University is confident that the admissions requirements will adhere to the guidelines established by various experts as well as the standards established by the National Accreditation Board. Applicants can submit their applications online using RocApply and upload or email us the necessary supporting papers.

Candidates must supply two passport-sized pictures as well as their diplomas or transcripts.
Before authorizing semester registration, the admissions office will only accept original documents from online applicants.

The following standards must be met before being admitted to a degree program at CU:

Candidates may apply to any of the following programs if they have passed the senior secondary education and high school exit exams (WASSCE, SSCE, GCE, and IB) exercise.
The department’s fundamental requirement for all applicants is five (5) credits in relevant courses, including English Language and Mathematics, at GCE O’ Level/SSCE, WASSCE, GCE, or any relevant Baccalaureate qualifications at just two sittings and no more.
In any case, the five credits (which comprise English and Mathematics) for Medicine and Health Sciences (MBBS) must be earned all at once.
Applicants who are awaiting the results of any of the aforementioned exams are also welcome.
All applicants must take the university entrance exam, which will be scheduled at a time the student will be advised of before receiving an offer of acceptance.

For admission, foreign applicants must meet the aforementioned requirements. They should be able to read and write in English, and their results must also be translated into English.
Additionally, the National Accreditation Board accepts all international certificates. Candidates might also need to succeed in an entrance exam or interview.
